real estate is totally awesome!

Saw this place when I went to Circleville for the Pumpkin Show. How could you go with any other real estate agent if they weren’t working for an Awesome company?

This just in: I slack and play video games.

Right at the height of the “why am I not getting anything done” part of my year, they go and release Fable 2. Gaaah, thanks a lot jerks! So now I’m obsessed with hunting down useless treasure in this game world. (It’s just like the real world only I don’t move as much.) I also stayed up super late last night playing with my cousin who lives in Florida…

Clicking that will take you to his website. He plays a lot of games, as is evidenced by his wild Gamerscore.

I just got my account this month, so I’m feeling really lame right now guys. If any of you out there in Radioland play xBox- PLEASE FRIEND ME. Er, not that I’m desperate for friends or anything, just you know, if you’ve got the inclination… I will love you forever and always.

Plus, I’m glad that Fable2 came out because next week it’s all about…

This evil homewrecker. Well unless they totally mess it up, then ha ha! I will be victorious. Do you guys have favorite games?

Also, I feel like I’m making progress in my lace but I’m still only like 60% done. Because I just realized: lace is a friggin whore. Plus I’ve been lazy and haven’t taken pictures of the five projects I’m working on because that will ruin the surprise. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Not that I’m a lazy bum.

Heh, jiggly.

Meet Ernie!

So lately I’ve had a big FAIL! word bubble over my head. One day when I got home though, I found this guy waiting for me:

This is our new member of the family: Ernie. He was crocheted by my awesome Granma. You might remember her from previous posts. She pops up a lot. She’s cool like that, you know with her extra Granma senses and powers.

As much as I was willing to embrace Ernie almost instantly as a member of our family, the cats were a little weary. Which is weird. I mean, I thought cats and crocheted dogs went together like peas and carrots…

Can’t they take out all their aggression towards real dogs on his durable crocheted exterior? These are the hardball questions I ask every day. Along with questions like: why aren’t my projects knitting themselves?

Shmoo needs to get over herself. I mean a levitating crocheted wiener dog is a pretty normal occurance around here. I’m starting to worry whether or not she’s getting along alright. Then I see her sprawled out in the most random places, like right in the middle of the floor-

-and I figure, she’s fitting in fine.

Ernie’s ready to hit the road:

Pumpkin Show here we come!

Wahooey

I’m getting excited for a week off! However this past weekend was some pretty hot sweet fun. I met up with my friend who I haven’t seen in a while and whose blog you should check out because it’s pretty awesome. It was thrilling and exhilarating to be there when Swampy and his creator had their reunion. This was before it happened:

It’s hard to tell but Swampy seemed pretty pumped.

She’s also a knitter though and she made this sweet Mario themed sweater that I’m jealous of:

Afterwards we went to:

I dug it. We had to wait for a half an hour to get in and it took a while for everything to happen because I think they had like 3.5 people working but it was worth it. I liked the food and Barack Obama watched me eat the whole time. (I was sitting next to his poster. I think he’s a pretty man but having a presidential hopeful watching you eat your meal can really put you on edge.)

We also went to Gallery Hop and saw a movie… because I was determined to stay out past my normal bedtime. So it didn’t matter what it was, I was even willing to see Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist. I am craving sex drugs and rock and roll people.

Also, someone needs to lock me up or something so I can finish some knitting.
